In Memory Grid, remembering the squares that flash briefly and tapping them in the right place directly trains visual-spatial memory, the kind measured by classic "memory matrix" tests โ you have to remember not only what, but where. The number of squares to remember grows each round, challenging memory capacity gradually, and a streak (combo) badge for correct rounds in a row encourages the child to focus on the next step. After a wrong tap the missed squares are marked, so the child can see what they forgot and where to pay attention next time.
