In Number Sniper the numbers stay on screen from start to finish, so the challenge is not memorising but scanning scattered targets with the eyes to find the right one without breaking the order. This is visual scanning practice close to the "find the numbers" attention exercises used in schools, and it requires the child to focus on a target while keeping the next number in mind. One more target is added after each successful round, raising the difficulty gradually, so even young children can start comfortably with a few targets. The game ends as soon as a number is tapped out of order, which encourages controlled rather than impulsive tapping.
