About the Game

Woogi City Builder is an adventure/building game where you walk Woogi the panda through a real 3D world and build your own city. Inspired by Super Bear Adventure and Minecraft, you freely walk and jump your character around, heading to empty lots to build houses, shops, parks, factories, and skyscrapers.

How to Play

Drag the virtual circle at the bottom left to walk Woogi, use the button at the bottom right to jump.
Pick a building type from the panel at the bottom.
Walk to an empty lot — a "Place it!" button appears when you're on it, tap it.
There's no limit on the number of buildings — build as much as you like; gold isn't a barrier, just a score reflecting your city's success.
Factories bring in a lot of income but reduce happiness — balance them out with parks and fountains!
Schools and hospitals boost both your population and happiness.
