Dark Maze is a tense maze-finding game — unlike our other maze games, only the small area lit by your torch is visible. Places you've already explored are remembered dimly, but the path ahead stays hidden until you get there — you'll need both direction sense and memory to find the exit.

In Dark Maze only a narrow area lit by the lantern is visible, and paths already walked stay as a faint trace, so the child has to keep the unseen parts in mind like a map — actively using spatial memory. Unlike ordinary mazes, the whole route is never visible at a glance, so the child learns to move forward using a sense of direction and memory of earlier moves instead of trial and error. The maze grows a little with every completed level, raising the difficulty gradually, and the dim light and calm purple tones keep the mood exploratory rather than scary.
